Stopping a pipeline that would have destroyed miles of virgin wilderness when, not if, it broke? Standing up to Vladimir Putin? Or is it the way he put together a comprehensive border bill that Republicans were about to vote yes on before Donald Trump threw a fit and demanded that they vote It down so he would have something to complain about during the election?
