Why does Arizona has some of the safest cities in the US?

Gilbert, Surprise, Scottsdale, Mesa (where I'm from) I'll tell you why: because the heat gets to brutal here, it's simply too damn hot for people to going around committing crimes! Any potential criminals be like "I think I'm go out and look for some sucker to rob today." 😈 But after being outside for a few seconds "On second thought, it's way too hot for that." 👿 The end result is my state having no shortage of safe cities, no matter how large and populous they are, I'm telling you. 😇
