How long after sex before hpv16 positive...

Is it possible for my fiance to have gotten hpv16 from me if, i was completely sexually inactive for 13 uears and, she had a pap 5 days after our first sexual encounter that showed her to be hpv16 positive with cell chanes that were pre cancerous?
