I’m loyal to Delta. Great service and they’re helpful when things go wrong. United I find difficult to deal with.

Southwest, even though I have to drive a long distance to fly on them. For any flight I've taken, they left on time and their rates are reasonable. Also, joined the mile high club on a Southwest flight.

@sstronaut GF yes. We were actually in our seats. It was a redeye repositioning flight from Hartford to Vegas and we were the only ones from Hartford to Philly.

I’d concur with 1,2 and 3. Only thing I don’t like about Southwest is not being able to choose your seats before the flight.

Southwest because it flies out of Houston's Hobby Airport and goes where I need to go. I'm only a few minutes from Hobby.
