I feel like it's a harmless vice for most people, especially given how accessible it has become. But when it interferes with a real-life relationship, then it's a clearly a problem. Kind of like the use of alcohol. Many or most can enjoy it responsible, but if it starts to create problems, then it is a problem.

Now it's time for a drink and a movie, LOL.
