Same….l like to explore…hiking in the mountains, forests…I did that in Alaska recently. It was hands down the most beautiful place I’ve ever been. But I’m also a museum and history guy. Whenever I travel, I always research the history and try and find something of interest to visit.

I like taking the motorhome out. Pick a location and go. Have the beach for a few days then go to mountains. Explore the area. Stay as long or as short as you like. Then move on to a new location and go explore it. 🙂

I’m sort of like you. I like the pool but not all day. I’m ok with the beach but I’m always in and out of the sea. But I like to go and see different things not really a shop person but don’t mind for a while. But I don’t mind staying in the room whilst you do that. Starting in the hot tub. Running along the sea in a cactus garden in the morning. Sipping gazpacho at lunchtime outside the local castle. Siesta in the afternoon. Visiting a Tapas bar into the night.

To me a holiday is anythng where I make my own decisions and dont have to sort things out for everyone else. The best holiday I remember was three weeks around England, Scotland and Ireland.. I sent my daughter with my wife and stayed home alone...😷

That’s why I like the camper (caravan). Hang out at the beach, hike and enjoy nature, visit local attractions, discover new restaurants, relax with a campfire and see the stars.

I live in a remote location, so, somewhere where there is action, people, stuff to do that isn't hiking or anything of that sort. Or a beach, that would work too.
