I love going for a drive by the beach. I'll stop at a convenience store and get a snack, usually a doughnut, and a Diet Coke. Then it's good music and and nice drive. Here is a picture from a couple of days ago.

It depends. If I'm trying to help someone, I ask God to give me the words. If I'm just feeling swamped and stressed, I take myself out for coffee.

If around someone I know it would be a hug but if not, I take myself somewhere alone, sometimes just trying find somewhere I can be alone, if there isn't one available, can help too by taking my mind off of things.
