🙄 why do I keep making stupid decisions
After spending time with my ex yesterday I’m finally moving on BUT 😩 I can’t think or feel anything anymore. I’m overwhelmed and everything’s shut down to cope.

Give it time. You did the hard thing…the face to face. Now it’s time to get on with living. I know it doesn’t seem like it, but you will be okay. Hearts do heal, and every day is a chance to move on to something better….and to find that someone…..that special someone that will love you, treasure you.
I say all of this as a man recently divorced after 32 years of marriage….a man who felt at his lowest points, unwanted and unloved. But I’m healing…shedding the burden of hurt and pain I felt for so long…..and dating again.
