Should tRump posts on his campaign page be penalized more than his social media posts?

When Quad Indicted threatens or intimidates witness, the jury or court officers on his campaign page he is clearly doing so in hopes that it motivates his cultists to donate to his campaign. What’s more, his lawyers and his campaign managers should be able to pressure him more to abide by the law on his political campaign page as these would represent official policy of his campaign. Shouldn’t he face tougher sanctions for making such posts on his campaign page? Perhaps a minimum period of a weeks incarceration for each violation.
