It has to do with being humane. Killing people is not humane.

We have to switch side when the side you are with is wrong!

@fanuc2013 The Palestinians are not governed. They have been dispossessed of their homeland. On Oct 7, some of them gave up their lives in an attempt to assert their right to freedom from oppression.

The Trail of Tears was the forced displacement of approximately 60,000 people of the "Five Civilized Tribes" between 1830 and 1850, and the additional thousands of Native Americans within that were ethnically cleansed by the United States government.

Getting rid of other people is always justified at the time when it is happening. Recrimination comes later if there is guilt.
