Old guys know

I've discovered that my fellow old guys do have some use. I was complaining about a new pain in my heel at work recently and a coworker said it sounds like Plantar fasciitis because he's had it. One treatment he mentioned, rolling something like marbles on the heel, sounds simple enough. I hope it works.
