I have my moments. My wife calls them,
"Kelly Fits."
Honestly, because I've lost a majority of my hearing, I don't realize that my voice is raised. 🤔😟🤗

Keep it under wraps for too long and then go into a biblical fit.

I contain it. Showing anger is a sign of weakness.

I store it in a container and label it for use at an appropriate time.

Walk away. You can talk to the person about it later and resolve it without anger

@Notsimilarreally 🤫whose yours or other peoples
DO something else
Sleep, walk, some activity that clears your mind
Work out, exercise, go to a dog park or a kids playground
Maybe take your kid to the nearest ball pit and climb in with him and let him play with the balls

I usually deduct that whatever I’m getting pissed about isn’t worth and compartmentalize it. Save it for when I do find myself in a situation worth getting angry over. At which point, I often become explosive. I’m not an angry person at all, but when it happens, I scare myself, even.

I feed it push ups and pull ups
Until I can't lift my arms
and then, I forget that I'm angry 😡

Unpredictable and destructive; the sooner forgotten, the better.
Don't sweat the small stuff.
