I am really upset. What should I even do?
It was decided that on 21st May, me and my family are going to Goa as celebration of my mom's 45th birthday. I was happy as I thought i would get to interact with foreign women in Goa. Goa also have a population of Russians and you can find them around the beaches so I thought maybe i would interact with some Russian woman there and even get her Instagram or something to connect with her. Last time i went to Goa was in 2016 but I was only 15 but now I am 23 so i would have had more freedom from my parents and i could explore the beaches alone and interact with Russian and other foreign women. But the plan got canceled because May is basically off-season in Goa and the temperature is pretty high so we decided to go to Chikmagalur instead on 19th May and return by 22nd May.
Chikmagalur is a hill station in South India about 240-250 km from our city Bangalore and its known for its scenic beauty due to being part of the Western Ghats so there are many hills, valleys, waterfalls and forests there. There is also the Bhadra Wildlife Sanctuary in Chikmagalur which has 33 Bengal tigers now. The temperature is a lot more pleasant there compared to Goa. But even though Chikmagalur is a pretty popular tourist destination in India too, most tourists are usually domestic and little to no foreigners there so i wouldnt be able to meet foreign women to interact with. I did go to Chikmagalur too in 2014 when i was 13 so that was 10 years ago. I really loved Chikmagalur that time because a lot people there still owned the older car models like Fiat Uno, Daewoo Matiz, Maruti 800, Maruti Esteem, Opel Astra and the one i found the most unique is the Peugeot 309. I didnt even know India had a Peugeot until i saw it in Chikmagalur and a lot of people had the Peugeot 309 there. I wonder whether i will still see those cars even in 2024 now. Plus idk whether at 23 i would enjoy the same things there i did when i was 13. What do you all feel?
