I can't stop....

....I don't understand what's happening. Every time I tell myself I can't spend money, I do it anyway. It's no small amount either (for me). It's hundreds and thousands. After I realize how much I've spent, I get increasingly stressed out. I never used to be an impulsive buyer, but it seems like that's what has happened. Sure, it makes me happy that I'm supporting others by buying their product. In turn, it's at the cost of my own mental health. I don't know anymore.

I can relate to this. I used to be really good about not spending money..

But after buying one nice car, going out to one nice dinner, taking a self care day (spa),... its now part of my life style.. upgraded..

The way i manage it is by find avenues to make more money.. because the lifestyle is a nice one.

Though, ive started to realize .. because you start committing time to work to maontsin the lifestyle, you remain unfullfilled because youre not putting that effort towards something meaningfull to you.

I recommend working on your discipline.. before you purchase something.. ask your self, can i afford to buy this if it cost 5x what theyre asking? If its a no, then stay away from it.

That mindset has helped me control it..
