Refreshing if I wasn't having screen time at work lol.

The last few days, I think. But I was in bed sick and sleeping so it felt like shit. But!! I do appreciate the break from the internet.

I find it pretty easy to take a break from my devices. The problem is that when no one else is there are always texts and calls.

I randomly have those days
It's easier for me relative to the common person because I stopped using my cellphone about six or seven years ago

Last June. On sea days when I was on a cruise ship. I still think I looked at my phone to play Candy crush when I got fed up of reading my book though.

Not for a long long time time. I should do that sometime. But I'd need music and books/magazines.

I do no TV often. Takes me days to watch one movie.
Usually it's the phone for me.

Last summer while camping remote enough there was no signal. It felt good to disconnect.

About 20 yrs ago while in the High Sierra on a week long hike.

Blackout of August 2020, no power for 2-3 days.

Ive been on school holdays and been busting myself getting stuff done around the house before winter .
Been screen cold turkey for nearly two weeks .
