watching my cameras and i see my nieghbor let his 7 year old drive his truck out the drive way go to mane road and back up

The mafia guy next door used to give me a dollar every morning to start his car when I was a kid.

I might have had far to strict parents and siblings at some things. Yet vehicles wasn't one of them. There's a time, a place and a reason for certain laws. And operating vehicles is one of them.

Yes my half brother let me drive at ten years old, but it was on a country road far away from anything and I was still on his lap, in the middle of Arizona.

And ,in a few years when he takes it out on his own ,driving like its GTA...the Dad willl not know why
