So much for the daydream

The table I set up is shattered. Someone tried to steal it. No, we can’t have nice things. Someone will always want what they see someone else has. Well, I’ve got a mess to clean now. I’m going to put a different covering over that table and use it anyway because it might be salvageable. It’ll be okay.

🙏 😌 Lord, I pray the people who tried to take my table burn with shame any time they ever even [i]think[/i] to steal from anyone else. Please burden their hearts greatly with conviction and help them to never try it anywhere again. Amen.

Oh man that sucks.

Our umbrella one summer took out out table, looked just like that. It's not fun to clean up, you have my sympathy.

@NinaTina ours was on a deck and some of the glass went under where the dog used to go.

@Starcrossed I’m pretty sure they were trying to steal it. The base was moved and the umbrella was off to the side. The flowers I had on it were aside too. They could have smashed that if they just wanted to break some glass.
