Every cop there should be stripped of their position, get at least 5 years in prison, and she should be awarded every penny of their combined pensions. Not one of them stepped in to stop the torture.

For driving the wrong way? What happened to stopping traffic violators and asking for their license and registration? Why on earth would she be pulled out of her car and thrown to the ground? Looks like a power trip to me...and showing off for his buddies.
