No one should have to put up with that!

So I'm a cashier in a grocery store. And I'm Jewish ( non observant due to medical reasons), and there's a very annoying pastor who comes in nearly every day and he harasses me and everyone else, trying to them saved, spend all their money on fancy clothes so they can attend his church. So every time you ask him how he's doing, he says "I'm ENCOURAGED!!" with big emphasis, and then starts preaching. So no one ever wants to ask him how he's doing. Well today he comes in and walks past my register and asks how I am and I said my sciatica was bothering me but I was ok. I should not have said that, I realized too soon, because he came rushing over to me and tried to put his hands on me yelling "in the NAME of Yeshua, be healed!!" And started talking in tongues. I knocked his hand off me and jumped back and said I didn't appreciate being touched and that we have different beliefs and I am Jewish. He said he didn't care and kept on literally yelling and preaching! I told him to get away from me! After he finally left, I told my supervisor and he's writing an email to corporate about it so hopefully I won't get in any trouble if the pastor tries to cause trouble.
Am I wrong for not putting up with that crap from the pastor?

I was working a cardiac arrest one time when one of “those” pastors tried to push me out of the way so he could lay healing hands on the patient. Lucky for him I was trying to intubate and not use the defibrillator!
I completely agree with you
