I am mad right now!

My partner got drunk last night and went on never ending rambling rants and then kept swearing every other sentence and then practically every other word. I asked them to stop and they say “okay” and then pause for a moment, but then continue to do the same rants over and over again until they eventually fell asleep on the couch. It was then I felt relieved and thought I should get in bed and sleep too. I sleep for a couple hours and they suddenly barge into the room and fumble to find the night stand and carelessly roll across the bed on to me and I’m like wth and they’re like sorry and continue to mumble and then start swearing again and I’m like “STOP” and then they’re like “okay” and then pause and start mumbling again and then barge out of the room like “I’m thirsty” and then barge back in mumbling and swearing. I ask them in a full sentence to stop. And they roll back on the bed and fall asleep immediately snoring. So I get up w my pillow and go to the couch in hopes to sleep out there. As I’m settling the cat goes to the litter box and keeps digging. I get up and tell the cat to hurry up. He does his business and trots away. I clean it up. I go back to the couch. The cat goes back in there digging and I’m like wth! I get up. Clean. Pick him up stick him on a chair and pet him. He relaxes and sleeps. I go back to the couch. And as I start to settle in again the neighbor upstairs gets up, starts walking around, then turns on some music, the bass I can hear through the floor. The pocket door to the hallway starts rattling, like wtf ppl! It’s 6am!.. I tried to ignore it but couldn’t so now I’m back in the room venting on here while I lay next to my partner who is hardcore sleeping and snoring… I have to be up in a couple hours and I have a long day ahead - I am so mad and I highly doubt I’ll be able to relax enough at this point to sleep at all which means I’m going to be exhausted all day which makes me even more upset!!
