When you are running tight with money what health services do you drop?

For me, I don't go see a GP normally unlike some people who are religious visitors to a doktor.

Currently my dental visits are nearly a year late and it's hard to justify putting money aside when so many other things require paying and money coming in is meaning ongoing bill juggling.

I've also stopped buying alcohol since it's money I cannot justify spending.
