My incision scar has been feeling really weird lately

I had the surgery I got from it back in 2020, so it should be fully healed by now. Maybe it's nothing, but it's made me a little paranoid about doing any heavy lifting or anything that might put pressure on it, like I had to when it was healing. 😬

Having the surgery that long ago, I would think you would be completely healed by now, and wouldn't have any restrictions.

not to frighten you but my friend had a caesarian and many years later, it turned bad. get it checked. they had to open her up.

@Ducky 🤫if you are not sure and it feels strange when you do heavy lifting i would talk too an expert about it and tell them your worry
