I was never a fan of it. The best pizzaria in Portland was Rocco's kitty corner to Powell's DownTown, but I heard a kitchen fire gutted the place some years ago, and another by the slice joint back in the 90's called A Piece of the Pie, it was next to McDonald's on SW 6th and Main.

@NativePortlander1970 at the present time in PDX, my favorite pizza places are Escape from NY on NW 23 av, and Giants NY Pizza in SE PDX. but as i wrote in the OP, i like the big chain pizza too. pizza hut, dominos and papa johns.

@pdxlinux I remember Escape, it was there back in the early 90's, but never had a slice from them.
