@JulieLiNhan They do... I was a bit skeptical because I had the berries and the zest of an orange and modified a simple vegan blueberry recipe... but bam! These are the bomb!

@Ontheroad why am I not your neighbor?! I believe they are amazing! I worked at a bakery in Petaluma for a while, the gluten free muffins were the BEST. Which surprised everyone. You'd never know they were sans gluten : )

@Notsimilarreally gluten free are difficult. Too often they are dry and for want of a better wrd, like eating sand🤪

@Ontheroad ours always included big chunks of fruit. Probably helped with the moisture

@OogieBoogie but I did... I'm maticulous with recording my crazy baker experiments. Only once in a while do they turn out good, but I scribble down each change.
