Is there a problem with freezing meat? Or freezing cooked food to eat at a later date?

I'm wondering if this is a poor person thing or something.

I generally buy in bulk to save money since I need to budget, and it saves me time not having to shop for food daily or weekly.

Is this not normal?

As long as you let it cool a bit freezing cooked food is totally fine and normal. As is freezing raw meat.

@Bartleby i been living like this for 13 year's, and I ain't never experienced a problem yet. All I can say is if they got money to buy meat daily and wanna cook daily go for it. But I enjoy warming food on the days I'm tired asf!
