Is there a problem with freezing meat? Or freezing cooked food to eat at a later date?

I'm wondering if this is a poor person thing or something.

I generally buy in bulk to save money since I need to budget, and it saves me time not having to shop for food daily or weekly.

Is this not normal?

It's fine - the trick is to make sure you rotate it - it does get funny if it's in there for too long....

@fun4us2b 2 months max since I don't have a big freezer I tend to eat all food in there and the cupboards before I do another big shop. Frees money up to use elsewhere.
