Is there a problem with freezing meat? Or freezing cooked food to eat at a later date?

I'm wondering if this is a poor person thing or something.

I generally buy in bulk to save money since I need to budget, and it saves me time not having to shop for food daily or weekly.

Is this not normal?

There is no issue freezing meat or food. But once you thaw it, it has to be used right away

@mindlessdrifter agreed and I only take out what I plan to cook that day.
@Mellowgirl That is a good idea ☺️
