Fat burners? Yay or nay?

I want to burn a little layer of fat hiding muscle definition for a show.
Very high intakes of choline can lead to low blood pressure (hypotension) and liver toxicity. It may also lead to the excess production of TMAO, which is associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular disease. Other symptoms include excessive sweating, fishy body odor, or nausea/vomiting. I take it and like it. No side effects for me. Just don't go over recommended dosage.
choline is thought to be good and is reputed to sharpen mind a bit as well. (also a good reason to eat whole egg: yolks contain it). It can be purchased in capsule form at a health food shop.
@LamontCranston I do love my eggs, not sure they have done a lot to sharpen my mind Imma dull boy lol.
@LamontCranston Yes, but as with anything, don't take too much. Just don't go over recommended dosage.

Try keto and/or intermediate fasting
Do they actually work ? That’s what I’ve always wondered.

@bijouxbroussard I don't have a clue. Lol Someone at my gym reccomened them to me since the layer of fat was stubborn. But I don't know about side effects. Too much caffeine isn't the best for you.
