Is a Masters in Forensic Science worth it financially or in the job market? Which Masters degree in biological science is better financially?

I think forensic science could be quite good. Analyzing failures of materials, processes, equipment, vehicles, etc is exciting and should pay well. I did architectural analysts of computer chips, solutions, and software. Paid pretty well and not as detailed or specialized as the job you're looking at.
