Belarus has restrictions on church activity but clearly not as bad as in Putin's Russia as a Barnabas Aid speaker got to talk to a church there.
After the sermon on the persecuted church what did this Belarusian woman do? Despite her poverty she emptied out her wallet to the speaker as a donation.
The Barnabas Aid speaker initially refused the lady's donation as it was her last earnings but she would not have it- she was so moved by her persecuted family she insisted and gave her last earnings!

Wow, we think we give generously and then we read this! May we all have this woman's attitude to our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ!
