There is no such thing as "DIRTY MONEY" and the concept of it is now outdated

It is better viewed as money that comes in varying shades of GREY from LIGHT GREY to very DARK GREY

And as we move forward into the future countries will have to decide which shade of grey they are willing to accept in order to get investment going forward.
