i’ve been on this health journey for 2 weeks now
i had one setback because the first day of my period is always the worst. i always need something sweet to get me through. but anyways, i’ve been consistent for 2 weeks and working out almost every single day. i don’t think i’ve lost any weight. i’m confused because sometimes i’m heavier by 2lbs then i’m not. so i have no idea if i lost weight or not. i wanted to do the 75 hard challenge but there’s stuff that im not willing to do like im not reading 10 pages of a self improvement book. i usually lose weight pretty quick so im confused on what’s happening. i’ve been eating in a calorie deficit, burning 400-700 calories through exercise. idek guys
