@UnderLockDown Did you hear about the trigger-happy thug cop in Missouri who shot dead a small deaf and blind dog? Te city cop-lovers are defending the thug cop as usual. So, if he gets away with it maybe people who are approached by strange dogs could imply shoot them and claim that they feared for their lives, citing the cop's action as an example.

If that dog was a pet, it's pet owners' duty to have control on dog, if it was stray dog, it's government's duty. The duties also includes to compensate the person.

@mysteryespresso It's always a good idea to carry a spray can of pet corrector or an ultrasonic anti-barking device when walking around the neighborhood. Check out Amazon.
