Read the details. He had no idea what had happened. With his golf pass, he was supposed to be waived through, but there was a rookie officer on the scene being a Barney Fife, and that's where it all came from.

@geoam1 there should have been better communication all around. I wouldn't trust an officer after all the bogus lockdowns. So many of them are on power trips any more

Well, a lot more to the story a man was killed on the road and Scottie thought he was important enough to go against the police directions and was rightfully arrested for not following police instructions
