Twin flame or obsessive disorder?

Have you looked in to the twin flame phenomenon? I’ve studied a lot of the groups that talk about this stuff- It seems like it could be a form of brainwashing a person does on themselves where they attach a spiritual significance to a connection and become fixated to the point that every symbol and sign feels related to a person. I think it is like a mental health problem like extreme limerence where someone gets totally stuck or fixated energetically. If you look at these forums with people some of them can’t get past relationships for years and can become suicidal. They call the person who ghosted them (or ended the connection) the “runner” and believe it is just a temporary form of separation that has to happen so both of them can ascend and evolve to their destined higher state of spirituality and consciousness.

Anybody have experience with this stuff? Curious. (For a “friend” ) 😏
What next. 🙄 Curiosity killed the cat haha, and so do these so-called spiritual experiences. To me it's people trying to substitute any and everything else they can, instead of accepting God. The spiritual games can only lead to spiritual death. It's a deadly game but people will find that out too late, if they continue substituting things for Christ. Most look at them as innocent activities, but if they cause one to lose their own soul, they're not so innocent.

Funny story about that, that's how I found the Experience project. I went into a Plato rabbit hole and came out on EP, hahahaha.

I first heard the term twin soul from a Linda Goodman book. She even wrote a book on her twin soul experience it was mad depressing. Lol. I think the term twin flame has kind of corrupted the whole twin soul / twin self idea. I think it was the summit lighthouse that did that. And theyre a special sort of nut jobs. But i personally think theres something to it but it shouldnt be taken lightly. I dont think its the type of relationship to be overanalyzed to death or generalized though there may be some truth to it.

I'm aware, mostly just curious and have not looked into it very closely. I have, however crossed paths with someone that I had a weird connection to that i never could explain. As in we knew things about each other that we should not have known, almost as if we had known each other in a previous lifetime or something.

What kind of questions do you have?
I'm only going to suggest if you are falling so deeply for someone, you may not want to cast doubt with the modern fixation of casting doubt. 😌 There's reruns in syndication about that stuff.
