@22Michelle Going to be interesting if they (whoever thinks they're running football at the point of decision making) actually sanctions City to that degree.
Could cause chaos in who qualifies for what post City points deduction.
Also could affect a club relegated if it's determined every club they beat should have points restored.

@Picklebobble2 And a fine punishes the City owners, deters Newcastles's owners? Sadly you may be right,about it being a fine, but the only deterrent is deducting points, and for City it should mean relegation.
