Yippee! I have hot water again!

Totally rebuilt the water heater. Including the breaker. Flushed a bunch of stuff out of it too. Didnt think it was working aftervall that but i could hear 60Hz so i figured something was happening. An hour later and it's good to go! Both elements were shot. Replaced the thermostats too. $45+ $34 =$79 for the repairs.
