@Convivial The rules, I have heard, include turning off microphones when it's the other person's turn to talk. When Trump tries to shout down Biden, he'll be doing so into a dead mic.

Team Trump will find an excuse to back out. RNC co-chair Lara Trump is already saying the rules are "rigged heavily" in favor of Biden. What she means is Trump won't have the opportunity to interrupt and shout down his opponent every 30 seconds.
