Work, work and work! Life at the moment.
I’m team leader and thereby laboratory chief in the research and development department of the company that I work for, and lately there has been an intensity on the development side of our work. We have been working on soil enhancement and the science of it is pretty intense because we are trying to develop products that will not negatively impact the environment and especially the soil medium being used.
Bacteria rich soil can be adversely affected by the chemical enhancement process and we are doing our best to develop products that support growth and the root systems of plants that are increasingly used in foodstuffs for human use. It is important that we begin to change once and for all the affects we have on pollinators in the process and keep the diversity of life and the ecosystem, especially the soil health.
We are having a rather complex week this week and the secondary aspects of the development will be handled by a different team over the next ten days before being returned to us in the final stages.
