My current profile picture

So my current profile picture is one I made on Yahoo Messenger years ago. It transferred to Yahoo at some point, so it's the picture I always see. Basically it was the early early version of Avatars, like Reddit has avatars, but this was way before Reddit had any of that.

ANYWAY....... I can access Yahoo Messenger pages on the Internet Archive, but was wondering if there's a way to get Yahoo Messenger just to be able to make my avatar look different?

There is an option on Yahoo to manage my profile picture, but the only option is to upload a picture. There's no avatar options there.
