I made some burritos and put them in the freezer the other day.

They thaw out well and they taste better than left over refried beans. And it's cheap. Sometimes I put a slice of cheese in them before I fold them up. Then I microwave them for one minute then put them on a frying pan, with cooking spray, on super low to heat up the middle and toast the tortilla.
