Aaahhh the call outs.... welcome to my world...

My coworker is flipping out because she has our married clients by herself today. With the conditions of both clients, yes, it makes for a hard shift for one person. But I've done it alone every weekend since I started there, until recently. So I guess she has no choice but to either suck it up or quit her job. I'm really afraid she's gonna quit. My hands are tied, all I can do is make suggestions to our case manager because I'm on the other side of the mountain with another client.
