Are you good at telling people what to do?

Hate it really but do it when need to

I don't have a problem telling people what to do, I have grown quite a backbone over the years

Eh, it doesn't bother me really when I have to supervise. It's the having to keep checking on their progress and making sure they are doing it while still doing my own tasks and taking the wraith if both aren't getting done when the penicl pushers decide it should be that makes me hate it.
