Learn to accept that nothing is ever truly finished. I learned a strategy as a child to motivate myself to finish things, and that strategy was to stress myself out until they were done. It was effective but lead to a lot of stress. I’m still working on it.

@Reflective Im working on my level of priorities. While it's good that I prioritize work and gets a job done, it shouldn't take most of me. Not worth it. There are other important stuff as well. Like dreams and relationships and self and family and God.

So I'm trying not to mind those who should be less important than how i currently see them as

I think your awareness of the issue and your desire to change will get you there.

It’s not worth it. And it shouldn’t take all of you unless what you put your energy into fills you up like your own business or something like that. They say the “the end justifies the means” but if they don’t it is smart to change to a balance that you feel good about.

Have pending tasks/interests listed somewhere(can be in your phone) easily accessible. Just go through all of them. Your mind needs something to work on, just give him some different and important thing to work on, and it will leave the work.
