Some of these people at my job haven't changed a bit

I work as a mail clerk and people from other departments around the complex [b]still [/b]like using the USPS mail totes as little storage bins! 😤 Apparently my co-workers haven't been keeping as sharp an eye on them as I used to when I worked here before. I've already had to go around confiscating a few, much to some of their dismay. 🙄 One old broad sent me this piѕsy email just to complain about it, starting off by saying she understands that they're not supposed to use them before going on about how her department had been using them for months without issue and how me taking them away is such an inconvenience. 😂 Oh, poor her and her co-workers. Now I feel like such a bіtch. I responded professionally, how them using them for anything other than postal business goes against federal law and I'm liable for it. But what I really wanted to say was:
