Training New Employee
On Wednesday and yesterday I had to train someone new. But during whenever I ask him to do something he said that he already did. But I look and he didn't. I reminded him it's part of the job to do certain task. I didn't want to have a argument. If he wants to not listen then that's his choice. I will let my boss deal with him. He didn't seems into the job knowing he would just want to get paid. Will see what happens. I know alot of people don't want to put to much effort for a job that their not interested in.
