I just wash my face with soap and sometimes moisturize but not always. Sometimes I use roses water or oil. Also almond oil or olive oil.
Maybe it works but if I can't eat it, I won't put it on my skin regularly.

@Miram That's kind of what I do too at the moment.

I apply only water, plain soap and a moisturizer to my skin (my skin is rather dry). I avoid things which might cause my skin to age more rapidly, such as smoking or heavy drinking.

No, because most over the counter creams dont really work.
The only thing I have heard of that helps is facial creams that contain Retin A and possibly estrogens. Those usually have to be prescribed.
The best anti aging, staying active, drinking plenty of water. Tobacco use can age your skin prematurely.

Ofc, and seems to keep it hydrated for the most part, but i also like natural products

@SW-User Natural is definitely better without all the added chemicals.
There's nothing at your age that's non surgical or injectable that is preventative of wrinkling, loss of fat, reduced collagen production, and sagging skin. There's a ton of non invasive procedures these days that actually have visible results.

They sure work big time making cosmetic mafia laugh away yo the bank ..sure works...similarly those um thousands of dick size increasing g creams..oils...etc etc also work

I use vitamin C toner + hyaluronic acid serum. They keep the skin nice & plump.
Also retinol cream at night 2-3 times a week. It acts as a deep exfoliator which is essential to renew skin cells.

My younger sister uses some. She's only 20, but after she started using it, her skin stays clean despite using makeup.
(Without the cream she gets lots of acne)

Diet and hydration are the things I notice have the most benefits. I like to use SK-II and La Mer sometimes. I’m really bad at sticking to a skincare routine though.
Well. Not sure if it works lol
But I use the hell out of moisturizer.
I also dab this undereye stuff
I'm in my late 40s
Figure can't hurt

Reminds me of a favorite movie line from The Full Monty....
I don't need to fight with Nature & meddle in Her ways.

It depends on a factor of things. Your genetics, your diet, and your activity. 🙂

No. I use good old fashioned witch hazel. It works.

Heck, I need to know as well

Retin A helps prevent and reserve fine lines but makes you more sun sensitive.
Retinol is available without prescription and is nearly as good. I like retinol in oil forms for use at night.
Sun protect always.
Also any gentle exfoliation wash is great for older skin which doesn't turn over as fast. I like the Thomas Roth one.
Lately I just use plain soap tho.
