2 months ago I had the worst flu like illness that I've had in my adult life. Lost nearly 10 pounds. Took 2 weeks to fully recover. I was cold and shivering in a locked car in the heat.
Tested for COVID and was negative. It was just some viral illness.
Hope that you feel better.
