In my experience, cardio and deadlifts are awesome for core toning..... however, you may want to take it really slow. Genetics play a huge part in where on your body fat is stored.

First of all, I want to say that you need to work on your self-esteem as well as your tummy.
I know because I am there as well.
It is tough to like yourself when you feel that no one can like you as yourself, if ohysically is the most important issue for you I promise you will never get to a point where you are 100% pleased with your looks.
Tall and beautiful is a thing that supermodels. quest for, so you are 99% there.
Beautiful is more then 50% a state of mind. So please look at yourself as a precious child of God.
