For xbox? The newer one obviously. For PC? something super cheap. I found a great one for 15 bucks, and it does everything a xbox controller does, and it doesnt feel like plastic. It has a rubber coating.

DPad is much better with the One controller. Besides that they're pretty much the same

@Supersaiyan9000 I had the black one. I seem to remember my mum saying that white would look dirtier quicker. But white looked a lot nicer
